1. Payments
Payments are made via our website by debit card or MobilePay - or by bank transfer, if you have booked a stay or event by phone or email. If you book through other websites, e.g. Booking.com, other payment systems may be available. By bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

2. Changes to your booking
Adjustment and cancellation of your booking must always be made in writing per email with reference to the original order.

3. Right of cancellation
With reference to the exception for hotel stays, cf. current legislation, purchases cannot be undone.

4. Cancellation
Timely cancellation can be made no later than at midnight two days prioer to arrival for accommodation only. Timely cancellation is free of charge. If canceled later than stated - or if the guest does not show up, the full order amount will be charged. This includes bookings in our bed & breakfast. For group bookings and stays in connection with larger events, there are other applicable rules.

Note! It may happen that the amount of your order is reserved in your account before arrival. If you have canceled in time, we will release the amount afterwards.

5. Faults and deficiencies
Should you experience deficiencies during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aggersvoldgods.dk or +45 30 60 41 03 so that we can rectify the deficiencies.

As our accommodation and event booking is a service, you are not entitled to a two-year complaint. On the other hand, you have the right to have deficiencies in the service rectified if they can be attributed to the nature of the service, unless it is your own circumstances or other external circumstances for which we cannot be held liable under Danish law.

6. Compensation
As a guest / customer, you have a duty to pay compensation for any damage that you / your or your guests (in connection with events) cause to buildings or furniture on the property.

7. Personal data policy
When you use our services and in this connection enter into an agreement with Aggersvold Hotel & Konference A/S, we need the following information to be able to deliver the service correctly to you:

Phone number
Email address
Any other details regarding your agreement (provided voluntarily by yourself)

We register your data with Aggersvold Hotel & Konference A/S and store it for 2 years, after which the information is deleted. Invoices and backup of invoices are stored in accordance with Danish tax requirements for up to 5 years.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. Read our privacy policy here.

Information submitted to Aggersvold Hotel & Konference A/S is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

8. Insights and complaints
As registered with Aggersvold Hotel & Konference A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to get insights as to what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act.

Should you want insight into your registered information, or want to complain, we ask you to write to us at info@aggersvoldgods.dk.

You also have the opportunity to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency or the Center for Complaint Search.
