1. Payments
Betaling sker via vores hjemmeside med betalingskort eller MobilePay – eller via bankoverførsel, såfremt du har booket et ophold eller arrangement via telefon eller mail. Booker du via andre hjemmesider, f.eks. via Booking.com, kan andre betalingssystemer være tilgængelige. Ved bankoverførsel er du ikke beskyttet af indsigelsesordningen.

2. Changes to your booking
Adjustment and cancellation of your booking must always be made in writing per email with reference to the original order.

3. Right of cancellation
With reference to the exception for hotel stays, cf. current legislation, purchases cannot be undone.

4. Cancellation
Der kan ske rettidig afbestilling på almindelige hotelophold senest kl. 00:00 to dage før ankomstdagen. Rettidig afbestilling er omkostningsfrit. Ved afbestilling senere end angivet – eller hvis gæsten ikke dukker op, opkræves det fulde ordrebeløb. Dette inkluderer almindelige, ophold på vores værelser. For gruppebookinger og ophold i forbindelse med større events er der andre gældende regler.

Note! It may happen that the amount of your order is reserved in your account before arrival. If you have canceled in time, we will release the amount afterwards.

5. Faults and deficiencies
Should you experience deficiencies during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible at reception@aggersvold.dk. eller +45 30 68 22 92, så vi kan udbedre manglerne.

As our accommodation and event booking is a service, you are not entitled to a two-year complaint. On the other hand, you have the right to have deficiencies in the service rectified if they can be attributed to the nature of the service, unless it is your own circumstances or other external circumstances for which we cannot be held liable under Danish law.

6. Compensation
As a guest / customer, you have a duty to pay compensation for any damage that you / your or your guests (in connection with events) cause to buildings or furniture on the property.

Når du benytter dig af vores tjenester og i den forbindelse indgår aftale med Aggersvold Hotel & Konference A/S, har vi brug for følgende oplysninger for at kunne levere ydelsen korrekt til dig:

Vi registrerer dine data hos Aggersvold Hotel & Konference A/S og opbevarer dem i 2 år, hvorefter oplysningerne slettes. Fakturaer og sikkerhedskopiering af fakturaer opbevares i henhold til danske skattemæssige krav i op til 5 år.

8. Insights and complaints
Som registreret hos Aggersvold Hotel & Konference A/S har du altid ret til at gøre indsigelse mod registreringen. Du har også ret til indsigt i, hvilke oplysninger, der er registreret om dig. Disse rettigheder har du efter Persondataloven.
